Yikes

Yikes..where has the time gone? There is a saying on Facebook about what idiot got me started on FB....it is a time consuming thing to be on there...Plus, not feeling well and not knowing what was happening...but life is better now. Spring and summer...such nice times. Memorial Day is here. Cook outs...but, I have given up a lot of the meat for now...eating more chicken and fish. I like to have shark..mmm a little lemon after grilling it on my G. Foreman grill...and I am in heaven.
